Meet Our Head of Legal
Taliesin Durant
CHIEF LEGAL OFFICER
Taliesin Durant serves as Chief Legal Officer of Aedis Energy, bringing over two decades of senior legal experience across corporate and public enterprises. A solutions-oriented and methodical leader, she has steered the company’s legal strategy with precision since joining as General Counsel in 2018.
Prior to Aedis, Taliesin founded a consultancy delivering in-house legal and corporate secretary services to public and private companies. She previously served as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Flint Telecom Group, and as General Counsel at Semotus Solutions, where she guided the company’s progression from OTC Markets through to NASDAQ listing.
Taliesin holds a BA in Economics from Connecticut College and a Juris Doctor from Northwestern School of Law at Lewis & Clark College. She is a member of the California State Bar Association.
